Early Bird is for all the player that launch Cossacks 3 within the two week starting today, no matter if they have a normal or deluxe edition. The free dlc are for all the player no matter when you buy the game or your edition.
Are you 100% sure? "As a free DLC all the players will receive 8 additional playable nations with the unique music main themes." is stated under the Deluxe Edition only, and no where else.
Pretty sure about this I was asked to do the french translation The bonus of the Deluxe edition is: 6 singleplayer campaigns. 12 additionals singleplayer missions. 8 historical multiplayer battles. All the soundtrack of the game in loss less format.
