I made new death sounds for infatry and cavalry units. 6 for each. Battles now sound more violent and realistic. Enjoy yourself and have fun with it! Installation: unzip the files in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Cossacks 3\data\sounds\units (C** the harddrive where steam is installed, depending on you own settings) I collected the sounds from an old sound library with free licence. 100% legal. Some of the sounds have been used in a lot of movies. And some are from the old Cossacks games.
Can you upload a short video to show them off? and would they work online? I really don't like the default death sound in Cossacks 3.
You can easily listen to them with VLC, Audacious, Audacity, or whatever you have that can read .ogg files. These sounds are more powerfull, violent, painfull... "Fun".
