Patch Notes 23.10.2016 (1.1.1.49.4032) We’re glad to announce that four more localisations of the game are now available to everyone! Now our Spanish, Turkish, Italian and Portuguese friends can enjoy thrilling campaigns and grand battles of Cossacks 3 in their native language! General: 1. End game statistics screen will now appear after every session. 2. Optimized general unit behavior, from now on they will be significantly more responsive in huge battles. 3. Fixed a weird collision issue, that caused performance to drop on majority of systems. 4. Fixed a bug when some mines refused to be captured. 5. Fixed a rare bug when some players were able to produce units and ships without meeting resource requirements. Some players encountered this problem when they were playing online and had been labeled as cheaters/hackers, while in reality they did nothing wrong. 6. Units will now properly load on ferries on any shore. 7. Ships will now place themselves properly when player commands them to form a line. 8. Fixed a bug when some units got “stuck” in one place after their origin building got destroyed. 9. Now there's an option to replay a random match on the same (previously generated) map. 10. Fixed an issue that caused crashes on some lower-end computers when they used the “All nations” option. 11. Fixed an attack value of roundshier mercenaries, now it’s displayed correctly (14). Multiplayer 1. Added an option to surrender any time and go into the spectator mode, without exiting to the main menu. 2. Fixed a bug, when a newly built ship was automatically selected. 3. Nicknames of players above the minimap, that already left the session, will now be colored in grey. Optimization: 1. Optimized some in-game effects, now the game will be much smoother in grand battles. 2. Fixed a performance issue that was caused by player selecting a large formation. Dear friends! Hello, Atem I do not know who make this translation but, this two words in the red border are wrong, there should be: Portugalština, Turečtina If I change translation from Czech to Turkisch or other new there is no change and it change to English. And new translation disappears. End game statistic work only in singleplayer.
so will it be added in multiplayer aswell with the statistic or will it be only in single player ? that would be ********
@[KGR]-^K[o]K^-: On your screenshot you can see the version number at the right corner at the bottom of the screen. It says 1.1.0.49.4001. The patch has version 1.1.1.49.4032. It seems that you do not have the newest update yet. Maybe they found some bugs in the patch and stopped the updating process until they are fixed.
Ok. I just got the new update. And I have the same lag problems as before. The performance optimization did not help
I must say the battle i just had vs the AI was really smooth, no lag at all, well done devs ! I dont know what you did but it worked great. But i did not get the statistics screen
Can you test it in the editor? Let 3000 musketeers fight vs 3000 other musketeers or something like that. The AI is too bad to create a big army and fight with it. I would be very interested in if the new update fixed your lag problems in big battles.
So statistics only for single player? Who in Earth plays single player in 2016? Guys, focus 100% on MP - that's what keeps the playerbase growing in the mid-long run. IMHO you should not waste a single dollar on SP until you had: MP Rankings and leaderboards Updated general UI and shell features by 21st century standards. More specifically: ability to right-click + send pm / invite to room ability to order/search/filter rooms list by name, number of players, and specially rules (resources settings 1k, 2k, 5k, 1m would be a great start) force unready everybody else when host changes a rule or his own nation MP end-game statistics Missing nations back The truth is SP is total trash. Most people never even touched it back in the original game. There are much better options for people who want SP experience. It's sad to see indie-ish titles with similar budget doing the same mistake over and over...
Sorry to be part of an out of date kind of player. I know that MP is really important and there is a lot of pratical things missing but please SP exist and even if you don't like it there are people who play it and enjoy.
Statistics is in Multiplayer. Just had a game, with it. There is a "Statistics" Button when you have won/lost the game in selection when you Press ESC/Menu
No offense. It's not about what I like. It's about business. By making sure cash keeps flowing in with a healthy MP playerbase, they will have time and resources to expand the SP experience later in the future.
Great to know. Most people in shell are complaining they didn't notice it though. It'd probably be better UX to just splash the menu when the game ends instead of requiring more clicks/key presses. People tend to auto-hit "X" when they see popups.
Great news, i will get on multiplayer later today probably. > Freestyle , I play SP when i dont have time for MP games, also to practice, TEST NEW PATCHES, and work out tactics etc. In the game i mentioned with no lag i had about 1500 pikemen, 1200 highlanders and 200 priests against a strong AI force of mixed infantry, cavalry and artillery i would estimate about 2000 units. At the same time my cavalry was fighting the 2nd AI with 1200 cuirassier and 700 merc drags. Pleased to report no lag either battle and i was able to select units, buildings and issue commands throughout with no issues. SO much better !
