Many thanks GSC game world for making the Cossacks games. I personally prefer this game over any other strategy game. And that says a lot because I find age of empires, stronghold, red alert also great games. This is probably the game I spend most of my gaming hours in. I just love the previous versions of Cossacks and I am very eager to see Cossacks 3 appear. I you need a beta tester, count me in! Greetings from Holland
So excited to hear that finally a new Cossacks is coming. I played European wars as a kid, i instantly fell in love with the game and played it religiously. I then bought the Art of War,Back to war plus the American conquests and Cossacks 2 plus its addon. That feels like so many years ago. I am so eager for this game. If there is any pre-order beta testing options in future let me know! I'll be right on that. Thanks
I used to play Cossacks when I was younger, since then I've convinced loads of my friends to get the game and we still play it quite a lot. Thank you GSC Game World. If there's some sort of beta I'll be registering immediately.
I am a fan of RTS games, and for what i have read and seen so far, this seems to be one of the big games in the RTS games. It just sucks that there are so little good RTS games out there. The latest RTS game that truly resembled the old style RTS was Gray Goo and it wasn't that great.
With many great classic strategies like Age of Empires II, Stronghold receiving HD treatment I thought it's time someone do this for Cossacks. Thank you very much GSG.

Bit of both i guess, with them saying it is basically 95% like Cossacks 1 you could class it as a HD remake with a few added features. Either way i too am very happy to see Cossacks coming back.
I am also very happy, I have been waiting for this for ages, and yes it is much better than the HD remake for let's say Stronghold because it will have entirely new graphics.
Careful reading my comment, I clearly said " HD remake" if you know what that means you would know that the comparison are showing complety new game 3d models textured. Not HD versions of C1. Do not confuse an HD remake with a remodel and rework for it is totally differnt. So C3 while it could be a game remake , it is by no means an HD remake.
